Yingjia Guinea Project Accelerates Delivery Through Multi-Discipline Collaboration

Date:2026-02-10

Recently, the Guinea project of Zhengzhou Yingjia Petroleum Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (YINGJIA PETRO) has continued to gain momentum on site. With milestone targets firmly in place, the project team is coordinating multiple disciplines—including civil works, structural works, process piping, instrumentation, electrical, and automation—enabling tighter construction planning, smoother work sequencing, and a significantly accelerated delivery pace.

According to the latest on-site progress, the main steel platform structure and canopy for the truck loading/process area have been largely completed. Supporting facilities such as stairways on both sides, operating walkways, and safety handrails have also been installed, providing stable and safe conditions for subsequent equipment installation and system commissioning. In parallel, process piping and valve assemblies are being installed as scheduled. The team is conducting step-by-step checks on pipe routing, flange connections, and pipe supports to ensure standards compliance and reliable interface alignment.

On the instrumentation and automation side, work is progressing simultaneously on valve automation interfaces, local junction boxes/control cabinets, instrument tapping and sampling points, and on-site identification and labeling—laying a solid foundation for upcoming loop checks, functional verification, and interlock integration testing. To meet safety and compliance requirements, Yingjia strictly implements permit-to-work procedures and risk control measures, with focused inspections on key safeguards such as grounding, overfill protection, ESD (Emergency Shutdown) functions, and related interlock logic—ensuring that critical steps remain safe, controlled, and fully traceable.

The project manager stated: “We adhere to the principles of Safety First, Quality as the Foundation, and Plan-Driven Execution. Through multi-discipline coordination and refined on-site management, we continue to improve both efficiency and delivery quality. In the next phase, we will prioritize cable laying, loop calibration, functional testing, and integrated system commissioning, while also completing operator training and handover documentation to ensure a high-quality on-time start-up.”

Overall, the Yingjia Guinea project is progressing as planned. Moving forward, Yingjia will continue leveraging its engineering delivery experience in terminal/depot automation, valve automation, instrumentation integration, and safety systems (SIS/ESD), working closely with the client and all stakeholders to advance the remaining tasks and support a safe, stable, and timely start-up.
